Admission $1000 KOTE is a ten (10) day studio and performing art festival that began in 2007. It is a celebration of the innovative art and diverse artists who live, work and/or are inspired by Kingston. More than 450 artists and performers, from as afar as The Republic of Georgia, The United States, France, Spain, Venezuela, Australia, Poland, Canada, Haiti, Cuba and Brazil, have participated.
KOTE 2016 opens with a live music performance featuring five bands including 6 Points, Phuzzion Band, Jermaine Blake, Free Willies and Grammy Nominated Winston McAnuff & Fixi. The Opening Night will also feature the Jamaican premiere of Oliver Hill's Cuban music documentary, “La Rumba Me Llama” and a Group Exhibition highlighting the painting, photography, jewelry & installation work of 23 Studio Artists.
