You understand that you are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services, people off Events' Realm and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.

You understand that Events' Realm does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, the Service and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of Events' Realm. Events' Realm makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Service and, we cannot take responsibility for such Content. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Service or obtained by you through the Service is at your own risk. You acknowledge that Events' Realm does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that Events' Realm shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the Terms or for any other reason.

The Service may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Service, queries made through the Service, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by Events' Realm on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for Events' Realm granting you access to and use of the Service, you agree that Events' Realm and its third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Service or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.

We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Events' Realm, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

Copyright

1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Events' Realm (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

2. Events' Realm respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

   1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

   2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

   3. identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;

   4. your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;

   5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

   6. a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

   We reserve the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. In appropriate circumstances, Events' Realm will also terminate a user's account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. By using our service you agree to ALL of the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any Content that you submit, post, and display on the Service.

2. You WILL NOT use the service to harm minors in any way.

3. You will specify the appropriate age restriction for Content where required.

4. You are responsible for any activity or Content associated with your account.

5. You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Events' Realm.

6. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

7. You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Service.

8. You will not use Events' Realm if you are a convicted sex offender.

9. You will not provide any false personal information on Events' Realm, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.

10. If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or event, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

11. We can remove any content or information you post on Events' Realm if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.

12. You will not submit Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way.

13. You will not submit Content that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

14. You will not submit Content that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Events' Realmemployee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

15. You will not submit Content that includes non-public personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent.

16. You will not submit Content that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch".

17. You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

18. You will not "stalk", bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

19. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Events' Realm, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.

20. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Events' Realm.

21. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

22. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

23. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Events' Realm, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Events' Realm functionality.

24. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

25. If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.

26. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.

27. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Events' Realm.

Privacy

Any information that you provide to Events' Realm is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy, and to use it to help you make informed decisions. As part of providing you the Service, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Service and your Events' Realm account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

Third Party Feature

You agree that you will be bound by the Terms of Service of both Events' Realm and the Terms of Service of each Third party Service that you choose to link to you account on Events' Realm. You may not use the Service provided by Events' Realm to violate these Terms of Service or Privacy policies.

Refusal of service; Termination; Suspension

If you violate the terms in this Statement, or for any other reason determined by us, including but not limited to i) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; or ii) our provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.

In all such cases, the Terms shall terminate, including, without limitation, your license to use the Services, except that the following sections shall continue to apply: 2, 3 and 4.

We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account or disable your application at any time without informing us.
