Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.

Host Rules

Leave the room as found.

Additional fee of $40 to bring in your own food/beverages (other than water). Refundable Cleaning Deposit of $75 added for allowing outside food/beverages being brought in. Must follow food protocol & send a picture of the room after meeting to have deposit refunded. Picture can be sent via text or email.

FOOD PROTOCOL: Must provide your own table coverings for any of our tables you use when you're having food. After meeting must take out trash, vacuum and any other necessary cleanup. We provide vacuum and trash bags. All drinks (other than water) must have lids.
