Created with the purpose of guiding and empowering others through their fitness journey, join Beyond Grey for a GET event (Girls Exclusive Training) on Sunday, December 3 at 9:00 a.m. at THesis Hotel Miami paseo. Guests can pick up a flower and a little note at the beginning of the class to kick off the workout. Expect to be surrounded by like-minded people throughout this full-body workout, wind down session and an after class social hour with refreshments, snacks and goodies. Tickets are $50.
