Joseph Fins, MD is the E. William Davis, Jr. MD Professor of Medical Ethics, Chief of the Division of Medical Ethics at Weill Cornell Medicine,and President of the International Neuroethics Society.
Dr. Fins is the PI on a NIH BRAIN Initiative RO1 funded project on cognitive restoration and is the author of the book, Rights Come to Mind: Brain Injury, Ethics, and the Struggle for Consciousness.
