About this event

Like personal training, but in small groups! GT45 is a semi-private personal training session in about 45 minutes. These workouts will be designed by women, for women+, and are focused on pracitcing technique with the barbell in order to build strength and confidence in the gym. Regular strength training can improve health, reduce risk for injury, and facilitate other goals for women+.
