Set in the context of an interdisciplinary and multi-cultural arts community, CFPAs dance school teaches students the technique needed to articulate dance expression. CFPA teachers resource the many traditions and techniques taught at CFPA and introduce students to broad range of forms and styles with guest teachers.<br><br>In this class we will explore the basics of ballet which include:<br>-alignment and posture<br>-outward rotation or turn out<br>-strength, flexibility and ease of motion<br>-spatial relationships and sharing space with others<br>-the pleasure of moving to live music<br>-the joy of discipline </td>
