On July 16 and July 23 at THesis Hotel, join certified instructor Bianca Natali for an entry-level low-intensity yoga class and explore the fundamental postures through a Vinyasa flow. The class is open to all skill levels and will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Paseo at THesis Hotel. The modern property serves as a cultural hub and communal gathering space.
