Orno, the new restaurant by 4-time James Beard Award nominee and Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs Class of 2020, Chef Niven Patel, presents Volume II of the tasting series called Library Libations. Each month the New American restaurant will feature a dinner and a multi-course tasting featuring rare pours from some of the industry’s most lauded wine and spirit brands. The dinner will include a bespoke menu by Chef Niven, inside Orno’s private dining room called The Library.
On Thursday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m., Orno partnered with Tuscan wine producer Tenuta San Guido for an evening of wine tastings and culinary delights. The evening will commence with a pour of Ca Del Bosco’s “Anna Maria Clemente'' and small bites by the Orno team. After grazing outside of The Library, the guests will move inside for the Tenuta San Guido tastings and a 4-course meal that pairs perfectly. This multi course menu will showcase Orno’s diverse menu, which highlights fresh meats, seafoods and pastas with produce from Chef Niven’s farm, Rancho Patel Notable pairings include an exclusive pour of Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia Double Magnum. The only bottle of this rare wine located in Florida is featured in this event, so be sure not to miss this once in a lifetime experience.
