In this 2 hours workshop you will have fun exploring how to use the small Pilates ball ( 8 inch ball ) and discover how the ball can effectively improve mobility and strength. The Therabands will also be used to add resistance to your work out routines.
This workshop is ideal for:
• Fitness Instructors looking for ways to add props to their one on one or group classes. • Anyone who is interested in targeting and moving hard to reach areas.
