Making the Cut is a two day seminar featuring the efficient ways to butcher a pig in order to guarantee best cuts and therefore the best returns. We will have talks by international experts and a live cooking demo from an award winning international guest chef.
This is an industry seminar and is not open to the general public.
We are hosting two days for both the Trade and Food Service professionals: Day 1- Trade Day: Supermarket Owner/Manager, Meat Room Manager, Butcher. Day 2 – Food Service Day: Restaurateurs, Chefs/Caterer, Food and Beverage Manager, Culinary Official, Culinary Students and plain old Pork Lovers!
