- Dave Grohl. A totally vulnerable, deeply real and delightfully humorous story, set in Jamaica, New York, and Italy. “What The Hell Am I Supposed To Do With My Life?!” takes you on a journey from depression and anxiety to peace, purpose, and magic in today’s modern world. A mash-up of teachings from Buddha, Jesus, Oprah, Marie Forleo and much more. This book is a CliffNotes of spirituality's greatest hits, wrapped up in a relatable true tale. Enjoy going on an adventure of selfexploration, Eat-Pray-Love style, and come out the other side more inspired, self-aware and clearer on what’s up ahead of you and what steps you’ll need to take next for your own journey!
Long live the calling you feel in your soul! This book will help you answer it!
A word from Krystal Titania Chong As a lover of Eastern Spirituality my soul was instantly connected to the teachings of Buddha, Lau Tzu and Eckart Tolle. But as a Type A personality, I had some difficulty with applying the elusiveness of their teachings. I mean ya, it’s beautiful poetry, but: How exactly does it apply to my life? What was it saying I should do? What will happen to me when I make this leap? I knew I felt an emptiness that I didn’t know how to fill. I knew that more money or success or recognition would not quench the desperate thirst I had. I had to know, “What is the reason or the purpose for my life? What am I supposed to do with it?” I mean hello – the answer cannot be “Make money. Spend money. Die.” Please God no! Big lol! So – I nose-dive-style face planted off a big friggin’ cliff, leaving a dream job to find what it was I was searching for – this elusive thing that would make me feel fulfilled. AND – drumroll - I found it! And I friggin’ love it! And it’s better than any drug ever made! And the best part is – this path – that so many spiritual teachers and others who have found peace before walk – CAN be charted. My relatable modern day stories are intertwined with teachings from old and new spiritual teachers, to give the reader a better more visceral understanding of these philosophies.
