Market at The Lawn is a seasonal, open-air market held at Devon House in Kingston, Jamaica. We like to believe that Market at The Lawn has the best bargains that Jamaica has to offer, so join us on the last Sunday of the month (in season) and on additional Sundays in December before the holidays to shop for unique and one-of-a-kind items. Think Portobello Road, meets Brooklyn Flea meets Kingston Craft Market and Coronation Market and you have Market at The Lawn. Art, craft, clothing, accessories, antiques, furniture, books, vintage items, food, wine and much more await at each market.
Market at The Lawn is a seasonal open-air market held on the last Sunday of the month during season leading up to the Christmas holidays in December there are additional dates for Market at The Lawn. Prices are as follows: Category A $13,000.00 includes a 10X20 tent, two, 8ft. trestle tables and four chairs Category B $11,000.00 includes an 10X10 8 ft. trestle table and two chairs
Please note that sale time starts at 10 a.m. so all tents and/or tables MUST be set up by 9:00 a.m. Feel free to arrive as early as 7 a.m. for set up. Breakdown begins at 6 p.m. All garbage must be disposed of neatly in garbage bags and any boxes MUST be broken down. Devon House is a Kingston & St. Andrew landmark and we would like to keep it clean and beautiful so please be respectful and mindful of the property. Parking is available in the Devon House parking lot and additional parking is available at the Girl Guides Association on Waterloo Road. Market at The Lawn is a non-refundable event and will be in operation in RAIN or SHINE. None of the proprietors of Market at The Lawn will be responsible for any damaged or stolen goods displayed at Market at The Lawn.
