On Thursday September 7 at 6:30 pm the library will be holding an Open House where you can discover how to get the most out of your library card. An informational session will be followed by a craft station a guessing jar challenge and other activities. Learn how to access free online resources borrow tools from Florida’s first dedicated Tool Library use the catalog to find what you need how to get help with technology and much more.

September is Library Card Sign-up Month a time when Safety Harbor Public Library joins the American Library Association and libraries nationwide to remind everyone about the valuable resources available with a library card.

Safety Harbor Public Library will be celebrating all month long with several great ways to celebrate being a library card holder! Sign up for a card or renew your account to be entered into a gift card raffle answer weekly trivia questions and share your library experiences on the library’s social media page.
