The session will be led by talented Mental Health Therapist and Yoga Teacher Becky Arroyo. Full moon circles are a rising trend in which women come together to form a supportive environment where they can open their hearts, connect within themselves and ground with the phases of the moon. This unique wellness event will bring guests the utmost level of fulfillment and relaxation, consisting of slow flow yoga, meditation, journaling and affirmation cards. To ensure maximum comfort, come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, as well as items to charge with the moon such as crystals or any other sacred pieces.
