Find your inner peace at Sunset Yoga, a free rooftop yoga class at Gale South Beach on Wednesday, Jan. 12 from 6-8 p.m. Hosted by Jill Schneider of JackandJillYoga, come along for an evening of reflection and celebration, paired with a free beverage, atop a spectacular sunset view overlooking Miami Beach.
 
Gale South Beach is a classic, Art Deco property located in the heart of South Beach. With an outdoor terrace and private garden, Sunset Yoga offers an intimate experience for those wishing to start the year off confident and calm. Attendees will receive a complimentary beverage from Dolce Italian, Gale South Beach’s on-site authentic Italian restaurant. 
 
Jill Schneider of JackandJillYoga is a certified instructor through CorePower Yoga and is recognized on Yoga Alliance. She is also CPR + AED certified. She assures that you don’t need to be flexible to join Sunset Yoga. All you need is your mind, body and breath.
