The Battle of Flowers® Parade, the founding event of Fiesta® San Antonio, returns for its 134th celebration on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 9:55 AM to 1:00 PM in downtown San Antonio. This year's theme, "Melodies in Bloom: A Texas Serenade," will showcase vibrant floats, marching bands, and equestrian units, honoring Texas history and culture.
Event Highlights:
- All-Women, All-Volunteer Organization: The parade is organized entirely by the dedicated women of the Battle of Flowers® Association.
- Youth Participation: Approximately 12,000 participants, with 70% being high school students, including around 4,500 band members.
- Equestrian Units: Over 200 horses featured in various cavalcade units.
